BrainTeck (brainteck.app) is an AI-powered flashcard generation tool. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected when you use our service.

Our server runs on a DigitalOcean VPS located in the United States. Account and subscription data is stored in a SQLite database on this server.
Your flashcard decks, study activity, and preferences are stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your decks.

Note: deleting your account removes your email, password, and subscription record from our server. Your flashcard decks stored in your browser are not affected — you can clear those yourself through your browser settings.
BrainTeck is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@brainteck.app and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via the app.
Continued use of BrainTeck after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
